Born and raised in South Mississippi and graduate of Mississippi State University, she and her husband love calling Auburn home. With a wealth of experience in remodeling, Jordan has developed a true passion for space planning and furnishings. Her inspired perspective allows her to curate spaces perfectly aligned with her clients' styles and needs. Whether transforming a room or designing a home, Jordan brings a commitment to crafting spaces that feel both refined and peaceful.
E M I L Y M C B R I D E
A San Diego native and graduate of the Design Institute of San Diego who recently relocated to the south where she is now happily settled on the plains with her husband. She contributes rich creativity to our team, combining her extensive background in full-service interior design with specialized expertise from the tile industry. Emily effortlessly merges a fresh perspective with classic design principles, crafting timeless, inviting spaces that beautifully reflect each client’s unique personality and style.

A proud graduate of Auburn University who has called Auburn home for over 20 years, where she lives with her husband and three daughters. With a background in both interior and graphic design, Anna has a special talent for transforming spaces into stunning, welcoming homes. Whether it’s a renovation or a custom new build, she enjoys bringing every detail to life all while cultivating lasting relationships with her clients. With an eye for Southern traditional style, she skillfully blends classic elements with pops of color.
J O I N O U R T E A M
Michael Allen Interiors is currently seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team and contribute to a diverse range of custom residential homes. We are looking for a designer who is passionate, detail-oriented, and eager to collaborate in a dynamic environment. As an integral part of the design process, the designer will be responsible for producing high-quality custom selections while providing exceptional client service. This position offers the opportunity to work on all phases of a project, from exterior and interior design selections to material sourcing, client-led product research, and on-site execution. The designer will need to communicate effectively with the team to maintain high standards and ensure every detail aligns with the overall vision of the project.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design preferred
Experience as a designer in either a residential or commercial industry is preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Canva, and sketching preferred
Excellent oral, written, and graphic communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting with little supervision to maintain a positive client experience
Responsibilities
Desire to work in a creative environment while prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Develop space plans, selection schedules, and design documents
Review and revise architectural plans and project elevations
Coordinate selections and specifications of finish materials within the provided budget and project timeline
Lead project meetings and client presentations and effectively communicate with suppliers and vendors
